They are open to experienced individual attorneys or small attorney groups (such as a solo with one or two associates) interested in joining a collegial, high-performing practice. We are a professional and team-oriented culture focused on career longevity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide advanced estate planning and probate services to high-net-worth clients. Develop and execute tax-efficient estate strategies, including asset protection, income tax minimization, and trust administration. Draft a wide range of estate planning documents and manage sophisticated estate matters from inception to resolution. Collaborate with an established team while maintaining and growing your own client base. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Familiarity with Massachusetts and New Hampshire probate and tax law is essential. Education & Experience Juris Doctor (J.D.) required; LL.M. in Taxation preferred. A minimum of 7 years of private practice experience, with a focus on complex estate planning and administration. Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts or New Hampshire (or both). Attorneys admitted in other states must be eligible to waive in and be actively practicing. Portable book of business is required.
