Surgical Onsite Specialist - Lung Health (Chicago, IL/Kansas City, MO)

Medtronic seeks a Surgical Onsite Specialist for lung health in Chicago or Kansas City to provide procedural support, training, and clinical assistance across hospital accounts. Responsibilities
- Provide real-time procedural assistance and technical support during on-site surgeries and procedures
- Lead training sessions for physicians, residents, and staff on lung health product applications
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and coordinate communication with internal teams
- Support product trials, implementations, and conversion initiatives alongside sales executives
- Maintain inventory tracking and manage product availability for surgical procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of sales, clinical, or relevant experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel up to 75% with overnight stays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, MS Teams
