Responsibilities for Front Desk Admin:
Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out
Manage phone calls, scheduling, and patient inquiries
Handle insurance verification
Maintain patient records in Open Dental
Support smooth daily operations with attention to detail and organization
Qualifications:
1+ years of front desk experience in a dental office preferred
MUST BE Proficiency with Open Dental a strong plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
Team player who thrives in a growing, collaborative environment
