Key Responsibilities For The Purchasing Agent Manage non-stock purchasing activities and ensure purchase order accuracy. Maintain and update pricing, vendor information, and inventory data within the ERP system. Analyze inventory reports and support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation efforts. Coordinate vendor returns and resolve purchasing, receiving, and invoicing discrepancies. Identify and implement process improvements within procurement operations. Partner with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to support inventory availability and customer needs. Qualifications For The Purchasing Agent Strong analytical and numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience working with ERP systems, inventory data, or operational reporting. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior purchasing, inventory control, distribution, or related operational experience is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
