Are You the Go-To Troubleshooter? (McAlester, OK)

Do you instinctively reach for a multimeter when a CNC throws a fault? Can you read electrical schematics, align machine geometry, and bring a hydraulic system back to spec—then document it clearly? If so, you’ll thrive here.

Role Snapshot

Own preventive and corrective maintenance for a mix of CNC, automated, and heavy industrial equipment.
Pinpoint issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic domains and rapidly troubleshoot root causes.
Maintain thorough, accurate maintenance records and repair histories.
Team up with peers to raise overall equipment reliability and performance.
Work safely—always—by following regulations and company policies.
Assist with installing and commissioning new machines, including alignment and setup.
Keep learning through structured training and on-the-job development.

Must-Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
Proven background as a maintenance technician or in a related maintenance capacity.
Depth in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system fundamentals.
Fluency with technical manuals, prints, and schematic interpretation.
Problem-solver with high attention to detail and strong communication.
Team collaborator willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays when necessary.
