Credentialing timeframe: 30 days (Emergency temporary privileges available)

Shift Description
24-hour call coverage, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Weekend coverage required
Coverage at two facilities within the same day

Call Details
Orthopedic surgery call coverage
Ortho on-call services
Average callback hours reported by site: 6 hours

Requirements
Board Certified Orthopedic Surgery
Active Colorado license or IMLC with LOQ
Active ACLS certification - Highly Preferred
Active DEA - Highly Preferred (required for credentialing; transferred DEA accepted if maintained for the duration of the assignment)
Clean malpractice and background history

Assignment Details
Setting: Emergency Room, Trauma Level III
Support staff: None
Patient population: Adult and Geriatric
Number of beds: 276
Coverage required for two facilities within the same day; patients may be transferred between facilities when necessary
EMR: Epic
