You'll guide them through our daycare, lodging, grooming, and training options, while highlighting services that can make their pup's visit even better. What You'll Do Answer and return calls, emails, and online requests from pet parents Guide new customers through our story, services, rates, and care options Recommend activities and services that best fit each dog's needs Process new reservations from start to finish Handle questions with empathy, patience, and professionalism Keep accurate notes and records in our system while speaking with clients What We're Looking For 1+ year experience in call center, sales, inside sales, or hospitality Computer savvy with basic Microsoft Office skills Strong phone presence and multitasking ability Professional, friendly, and relationship‑driven Passion for dogs and pet care High school diploma or equivalent, age 18+ Ready to Apply?
