Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach is looking for a skilled and motivated Body Shop Technician to join our growing team! If you take pride in quality workmanship and want to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Perform collision repairs including body work, dent repair, and panel replacement Prepare and refinish vehicles to factory standards Work closely with estimators and team members to ensure timely, accurate repairs Maintain a clean and safe work environment Deliver high-quality results that meet dealership and customer expectations What We’re Looking For: Previous body shop or collision repair experience required Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and clean driving record I-CAR certification is a plus (but not required) What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Stable, full-time position Positive, team-focused work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Full benefits package At Mullinax Ford, we take pride in our people and the work we do.
