Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Valid Montana CNA license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience.
• Strong long-term care experience.
• Ability to work flexible day/night shifts.
• Strong communication and compassionate skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with dementia care.
• Acute care experience.
