Senior Counsel, Corporate Treasury & Reinsurance Transactions

Nationwide seeks an experienced attorney to support Corporate Treasury and Corporate Financial Transactions. You will partner with senior attorneys and internal stakeholders to manage debt issuances, surplus notes, catastrophe bonds, credit facilities, liquidity and funding arrangements, intercompany borrowings, and related regulatory compliance. You will review and negotiate transaction documents, assist with reinsurance arrangements, support regulatory filings, monitor banking agreements, and #J-18808-Ljbffr OhioX, Inc.
