Senior Coronary Cathworks Territory Manager - Houston, TX

Medtronic seeks a Senior Coronary Cathworks Territory Manager to drive sales revenue and market share growth for coronary and cathworks products in the Houston region. The role combines remote flexibility with required territory-based account management, sales development, and clinical training responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets while managing territory profitability and market share
• Develop and execute account plans targeting new customers and growing existing business
• Train medical staff on product features, procedures, and clinical applications
• Maintain territory records, manage inventory coordination, and control expenses effectively
• Build relationships with key decision makers and resolve customer issues promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent with 8+ years medical device/healthcare sales experience
• Associate degree with 6+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years medical device, medtech, or life sciences experience
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel up to 50% within territory including overnight visits
