ABOUT THE ROLE

Were hiring a Senior Territory Manager Houston TX to drive new business and expand our footprint.

This is a hunter/closer role. Youll be responsible for generating your own pipeline running both virtual and in-person meetings and closing new accounts.

Youll report directly to the AVP Central and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone with a sales background who thrives in the field enjoys building relationships and wants uncapped earning potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect qualify and close new dental practices within your territory
• Develop and manage relationships with our channel partners (labs distributors manufacturers) to drive sales funnel and new customer acquisition
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings demos and presentations
• Educate practices on digital workflows lab economics and ROI
• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Dental experience required
• 2 years in sales
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced early-stage environment
• Self-starter with high ownership and accountability
• Willingness to travel within Territory
• Positive mindset
• Travel Ready (25%)
