Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Houston, TX

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for Houston-area Rheumatology to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare providers and specialty pharmacy partners. The role combines sales execution, strategic planning, and patient advocacy within a dynamic immunology-focused biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging customer and market insights
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience with strong Rheumatology background
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and business objective achievement
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of market access dynamics, specialty pharmacy, and buy-and-bill environments
• Bachelor's degree and residency within assigned Houston-area territory required
• Product launch experience preferred

Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 annual base salary
