Senior Mid-Corporate Portfolio Manager

In this role, you will:

• Focus on managing a complex credit portfolio of account relationships in Mid-Corporate Credit Execution within Middle Market Banking
• Assist with financial modeling and projections, credit analysis, and industry or business risk analysis, in support of loan structuring decision making activities for Mid-Corporate sized companies
• Support Senior Portfolio Managers in credit underwriting which accounts for all risk factors and providing risk rating recommendations.
• Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• General responsibilities include working with Mid Corporate Portfolio Management, relationship managers and credit approvers to originate, monitor and grow Mid-Corporate relationships.
• Specifically accountable for credit underwriting and origination, portfolio monitoring, renewals and annual reviews.
• Manage and promote the maintenance of a portfolio that adheres to all applicable credit policies and compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance to and assist with development of less experienced team members

Required Qualifications, US:

• 4+ years of Mid-Corporate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data
• Ability to perform in depth commercial financial statement analysis
• Knowledge and understanding of debt and equity capital markets
• Completion of a formal credit training program
• Underwriting experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including using Excel for financial analysis and projection modeling
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including ability to present to decision makers and customers in a professional and confident manner
• Experience with nCino
• A BS/BA degree or higher

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $100,000.00 - $196,000.00
