Specialization in UL's, Term, Whole Life, Annuities with a heavy emphasis on using IUL's for tax‑free retirement planning. Generous compensation up to 140% plus bonus. Consultative approach with no pressure sales; trained to serve clients. Training in both tele sales and virtual presentations using Zoom. Focus on the middle class and senior markets where families are under‑insured. In‑house and compliant marketing offered but optional. Responsibilities Will work a minimum of 20+ hours a week. Learn the company's selling system including phone script, virtual presentation & product placement. Provide team‑supported communication and engagement via LMS (Learning Management System). Review underwriting guidelines and make product selection based on client age, health, and desired insurance coverage. Positioning available for part‑time and full‑time roles.
