Role Description This full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role is based in the Greater Boston area. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving incoming materials, unloading trucks, and verifying shipment accuracy against documentation. Daily tasks include organizing inventory, replenishing stock, and preparing orders for shipment through packing, palletizing, and labeling. The role involves operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, following safety procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The Warehouse Associate will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely, accurate movement of ingredients and finished goods. Qualifications Experience with Shipping & Receiving tasks, including verifying deliveries, processing documentation, and updating inventory records. Proficiency in Packing and Unloading, with the ability to handle materials safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Skill in Forklift Operation and use of a Pallet Jack, with a focus on safe equipment use and proper load handling (certification or willingness to obtain is preferred). Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines in a food manufacturing or warehouse setting. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills. Comfort with physical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting items in accordance with safety standards. Prior warehouse, distribution, or food production experience is beneficial.
