Now, we’re looking for a dependable and motivated Repack Team member to carry our legacy forward!
The Repack Associate is responsible for sorting, inspecting, and repacking fresh produce into customer-ready packaging. This role plays a vital part in maintaining product quality and presentation, ensuring our customers receive the best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, sort, and repack fresh produce according to quality standards
- Discard defective or spoiled items in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Label and package products accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily production goals
- Perform other general warehouse tasks as assigned\
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in produce handling, food processing, or warehouse work is a plus
- Ability to work in a cold environment (temperature-controlled warehouse)
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills required (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to use warehouse equipment
