Corporate Real Estate Sr. Project ManagerTop skills: Support to manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution from planning through closeout. Assist and coordinate selection and management of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.Work Location: 700 Sylvan Ave. Englewood Cliffs, NJ or 6625 Excellence Way Plano, TXWork Schedule: Fully Onsite (15-25% travel)Key Responsibilities/RequirementsRole Overview: The Sr. Project Manager – Corporate Real Estate is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of all Real Estate functions of portfolio management, leasing initiatives in alignment with corporate policies and business objectives and corporate interior construction projects including programming, design, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery. This role partners with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects meet business requirements, budget, schedule, and quality standards while supporting SEA's workplace strategy.Key Responsibilities:Lead programming and requirements development for commercial and office interior construction projectsManage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution from planning through closeoutServe as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, steering committees, and project teamsCoordinate selection and management of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultantsCollaborate with Facility Team, end-users, and design teams to develop design concepts, space plans, renderings, and furniture layoutsOversee all phases of design, including preliminary, alternate, and construction documentationReview contracts, cost estimates, change orders, and TI reimbursement packagesConduct regular site observations and oversee QA/QC during design and constructionResolve design, construction, and field issues to maintain alignment with approved standardsProvide regular project status updates and reporting to leadership and HQ stakeholdersSupport CFO and Controller by ensuring projects remain within approved budgets and scheduleContribute insights to continuously advance workplace strategy, standards, and sustainability goalsIf needed, assist in general administration and coordination of leasing activities, including requirements gathering, site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, contractions, subleases, dispositions, and early terminations (Up to 25%)Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Real Estate or related field.Min. 10+ years of relevant experience in workplace planning, commercial interior design, and construction project managementStrong knowledge of architectural and construction processes, including construction documents and MEP systemsProven ability to manage construction schedules, budgets, and consultantsAbility to communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independentlyHigh level of professionalism and commitment to team successProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:Experience managing multi-site or multi-regional corporate real estate projectsFamiliarity with integrated project tracking, reporting, and management systemsStrong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of workplace standards, sustainability design, and QA/QC best practicesBilingual communication skills (English/Korean) preferred for coordination with US and HQ teams.
