Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist

The City of Rock Hill is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to oversee all aspects of employee relations including handling complaints and conducting investigations. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources and two years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of HR laws and excellent communication skills are essential.
