Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist
The City of Rock Hill
The City of Rock Hill is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to oversee all aspects of employee relations including handling complaints and conducting investigations. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources and two years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of HR laws and excellent communication skills are essential. The specialist will provide support for HRIS administration and assist with performance appraisal processes.
