Our goal is to create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient while delivering high-quality dentistry using modern technology.What You'll DoAs a Dental Assistant at Hometown Dental, you will play an important role in supporting our doctors and providing an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include:Assisting the dentist during a wide range of dental proceduresPreparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instrumentsTaking dental X-rays and assisting with digital imagingSterilizing instruments and maintaining infection-control standardsProviding compassionate chairside support and patient educationHelping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visitsPreparing materials and instruments for restorative and surgical proceduresMaintaining accurate clinical documentationSupporting the dental team with day-to-day clinical needsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious dental assisting experience preferredDental assisting certification/credentials as required by Michigan regulationsStrong understanding of infection control and sterilization proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWarm, friendly, and professional personalityDependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced dental environmentCommitment to providing exceptional patient careWhy Join Hometown Dental?At Hometown Dental, we believe patients should feel like family.
