Enterprise Medical is partnering with a physician-owned, multispecialty group in West Tennessee to recruit an Internal Medicine physician . This well-established organization offers a collaborative, physician-led environment where you can enjoy true clinical autonomy, strong referral support, and a transparent path to partnership and long-term wealth building.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient Internal Medicine - No weekends - Minimal call (2x/month) for exceptional work-life balance
• Build your own practice, control your panel, pace, and clinical style with true autonomy
• Practice across main clinic and satellite locations with opportunity to serve as the lead physician on-site (with NP/PA support)
• Strong, built-in referral network (35+ PCPs) to keep you as busy as you want
• Seamless access to subspecialists and a fully integrated EHR (Altera TouchWorks)
• Partnership in 3 years with minimal buy-in, rare physician-owned model with long-term upside
• Join a large, stable group (90 physicians / 70 APPs) with a collaborative, physician-led culture

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-year guaranteed salary + productivity incentives for stability and earning potential
• Signing bonus + relocation assistance (up to $10K)
• Up to 6 weeks PTO + 8-week sabbatical?standout time-off package
• CME: 10 days + $3,000 allowance
