This role involves working in a vibrant, fast-paced hospital environment, providing care in the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. You'll be part of a team supporting the dynamic needs of the hospital, including emergency department holds and floating to various units as required.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
• Float to assigned units as required, including emergency department holds
• Follow unit-specific procedures such as blood draws off central lines and glucose monitoring
• Utilize special equipment including IV pumps and bladder scanners

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• Valid NY nurse license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• Current AHA BLS certification; CMSRN certification preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required prior to start
• Recent EPIC experience within the past 2 years
