These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Job DescriptionAtTeledyne Interconnect Solutions,we'relookingforastrategicandresults-drivenDirectorofProductLineManagement- Connectors to lead the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of a portfolioofinnovativeproducts.Inthishighlyvisibleleadershiprole,youwilldriveproductgrowth,profitability,andmarketexpansionwhilepartneringcloselywithEngineering,Operations,Quality,Sales,Manufacturing,andexecutiveleadership.This position is ideal for a leader who combines strong business acumen, technical understanding, and market insighttotranslatecustomerneedsintoprofitableproductstrategies.What You'll DoLead Product Strategy & Portfolio GrowthDevelop and execute long-term product line strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.Own the performance, growth, and profitability of assigned product portfolios.Drive product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization and end-of-life planning.Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive opportunities to maintain industry leadership.Drive Business PerformanceEstablish revenue, margin, and growth objectives for product lines.Develop business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations for new product initiatives.Monitor product performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability and market share.Present product strategies, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.Champion Customer & Market SuccessGather and translate customer requirements into actionable product strategies.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement activities.Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization.Support key customer interactions, strategic sales opportunities, and executive-level business discussions.Lead Cross-Functional ExecutionPartner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to successfully develop and launch products.Ensure alignment between technical capabilities, customer requirements, and business objectives.Drive execution of product roadmaps, development timelines, and commercialization plans.Influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve strategic product goals.Build Partnerships & Organizational CapabilityIdentify strategic partnerships and business opportunities that expand product offerings or market reach.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate growth initiatives.Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship across cross-functional teams.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.What You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, Program Management, or a related leadership role.Demonstrated success driving product strategy, portfolio management, and business growth.Experience leading products through the complete lifecycle from concept development to market launch and retirement.Strong financial acumen, including experience with business cases, profitability analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsMBA or advanced technical degree.Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, electronics, marine technology, or other highly engineered industries.Experience managing complex technical products and product portfolios.Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive positioning, and commercialization strategies.Why Teledyne?Joining Teledyne means more than taking your next leadership role.
