Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Details We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic opportunity in Meriden or Southington, CT. This role is for a therapist seeking a more balanced outpatient setting with lower volume, flexible scheduling, and the ability to focus on patient care without the typical mill-style pace. Salary: $45 – $65 per hour, $5,000 hire bonus, flexible scheduling (Part Time or Full Time). Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and recovery. Work with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support continuity of care. Maintain timely documentation and patient progress updates. Help deliver a strong patient experience in a quality‑focused outpatient environment. Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a clinical team.
