Community Sales Manager

Dividend Homes is seeking a Community Sales Manager to join our team to support our two active communities located in Palo Alto and Morgan Hill. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional homebuyer experience, and representing a boutique builder known for thoughtful design and premium craftsmanship. You will work alongside an experienced sales manager, providing the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow within a high-performing team, with potential to transition to future communities across the Bay Area. Responsibilities Manage on-site sales activities, including tours, follow-up, and contract execution Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience to every prospective buyer Maintain consistent and timely lead follow-up through the CRM Build and maintain relationships with local brokers and referral partners Provide real-time market feedback, including buyer trends, objections, and competitive insights Support community events, broker outreach, and special sales initiatives Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Ability to work independently and on-site Familiarity with CRM systems (Lasso experience a plus) Compensation This role offers a competitive base salary and commission structure, with total annual earnings expected to exceed $200,000 based on experience and sales performance.
