Looking for a hands-on job where you're not stuck behind a desk? Mullens Markings, Inc. (MMI) is looking for dependable Flaggers to join our team in the Roanoke/Buchanan, VA area.
You'll work outdoors with a crew helping keep drivers, workers, and construction zones safe. If you're reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Direct traffic safely through active work zones.
- Set up and remove signs, cones, and other traffic control devices.
- Communicate with drivers and crew members.
- Load and unload traffic control equipment.
- Help keep work zones safe and organized.
- Follow traffic control plans and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Dependable and ready to work as part of a crew.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Available for days, nights, weekends, and overtime as projects require.
- Traffic control or construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Flagger certification preferred or ability to obtain required certification.
