What You'll Do as a Welder:

As a Welder, you will use welding equipment to join metal components and fabricate finished products according to customer drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
• Perform welding preparation and assemble parts prior to welding
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions
• Align and secure parts using straightedges, squares, calipers, and rulers
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate welding equipment such as MIG, Stick, and TIG (TIG preferred)
• Use hand and power tools common to the welding trade
• Complete inspection documentation as required
• Perform basic welding equipment maintenance as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• 3–5 years of welding experience
• Current welding certification (ASME certification preferred)
• TIG welding experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Knowledge of wire/filler materials for steel, aluminum, and other alloys
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
