Project Manager with Scrum Master ExperienceMakai is seeking a Project Manager with significant Scrum Master experience to lead efforts directly associated with the Air Force (AF) C3BM (Command and Control, Battle Management) PEO Director of Engineering. Responsibilities include oversight for the architecture, design, analysis and implementation of digital twin models (for AF networks and systems), support the identification and integration of emerging technologies, and support of a newly designed and approved NetWorthiness process. Scrum Master duties involve working closely with AF senior leaders and cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop, document, and implement process/task management procedures.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the programs and projects supporting Air Force communications systems, ensuring that all objectives are met, and deliveries are completed on time.Serving in a cross functional role as SCRUM Master / Project Manager, a seasoned professional will have the ability to work closely with Senior AF Leaders and cross functional engineering teams, responsible for facilitating Agile processes and managing strategic initiatives that enhance the development of governance and oversight processes across mission-critical programs.
