Automotive Service Advisor Experience Preferred.

Lincoln of Melbourne  is seeking to add   Service Advisors   to provide the highest level of Ford and Lincoln luxury experience with integrity and provide the utmost care and attention for our customers.
Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with an automotive background! Those with previous Service or Parts Department experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine dealership settings are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Schedule appointments with customers
• Greet and work with customer and technician to identify required services using vehicle's service history
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; advise of any current special promotions available
• Compute the cost of replacement parts and labor
• Address customer's questions and needs promptly and professionally
• Ensure comprehensive pre-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduled
• Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with the service manager
• Meet the dealership's standards for repair order production

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Candidates with previous Service or Parts Department experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine dealership settings are welcome to apply
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Professional personal appearance
• A 'People Person' with excellent communication skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and be able to bend, stoop and pick up items, etc.
