This role emphasizes staff supervision, maintaining high-quality food production and service, and managing budgets without the requirement for late-night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant and kitchen staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Manage inventory and control food costs
• Develop effective staff schedules compatible with no late night shifts
• Maintain quality assurance and food production standards
• Oversee budget management and vendor relations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Deliver staff training and development
• Prepare management reports on operations and costs

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management
