What you'll do as a ManagerOversight and execution of daily operations - Leading each shift with open eyes and earsAssist the General Manager with the success of all programs and systems, MIT, Certified Trainers, Hourly hiring and training, Injury reportingSupport all FOH operations systems, order guides, quality control, food safety and sanitation, budget adherence, etc.Handle all Guest and Team Members complaints, comments, concerns swiftly and consistentlyMaintain a safe working environment for Team Members and dining environment for Guests.Ongoing professional developmentWork with the General Manager to ensure all financials are on track, recorded accurately, and on timeWork with various administrative programsWhat we're looking for in a ManagerMinimum of 1-2 years management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurantA degree in Hospitality Management, or similar, is preferredAbility to coach and develop Team MembersStrong passion for hospitality and serviceKnowledge of food and beverage preparationWorking knowledge of local and national health codesExcellent communicationMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
