Sales Training Manager

Caine & Weiner 's business unit, BARR Credit Services is seeking a experienced Sales Training Manager to oversee the training and development of our Sales department. Identify knowledge gaps, create processes, interview and train all sales new hires. . Key Responsibilities Recruits applicants for potential sales representatives by performing resume searches, attending job fairs, and reviewing website employment application submissions Executes first level interview over the phone, schedules in-office interviews with the Sales Manager, and manages applicant through the hire process Provides basic sales training in all aspects of the sales position Ensures representatives have leads that have potential to produce positive sales results at all times Coaches and evaluates producers within the sales training group by reviewing calls and completing period reviews Provides ongoing development and assistance to sales training employees Provides assistance and support as instructed by the sales manager Performs other related duties as assigned Position Requirements 3 years of solid Sales experience Minimum 1 year of Training experience Management experience strongly preferred Collections experience preferred Strong computer and technology skills Professional oral and written communication Education Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person Requirements Experience Training: 1 year (Preferred) Management: 1 year (Required) Sales: 3 years (Preferred) Benefits Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Referral program Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr BARR Credit Services, Inc.
