Release Engineer

Owning the delivery pipelines and release lifecycle for Acra, the full-time hybrid Release Engineer will build and maintain secure build systems, enforce software supply chain security, and automate infrastructure-as-code to ensure reliable and compliant software deployment across various environments. Key responsibilities Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release engineering tooling for the Acra platform stack across multiple environments Design reproducible, self-contained release artifacts capable of deploying into environments with zero internet connectivity Implement cryptographic signing and automated vulnerability gating across all build pipelines to ensure software supply chain security Required qualifications 4+ years of professional experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE with a focus on secure software delivery pipelines Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration, Helm, and cloud-native infrastructure automation Demonstrated experience packaging and releasing software for complex, non-SaaS deployment environments Solid understanding of build integrity concepts, artifact signing, and vulnerability scanning Proven experience designing enterprise pipelines with robust testing and rollback mechanisms Virtual Vocations Inc
