Strategic Development Director - Civil Rights Fundraising

The Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs (WLC) seeks a Development Director to lead fundraising strategy and operations in the DC area. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will manage a small team and drive major gifts, events, and grant funding across individuals, law firms, corporations, foundations, and government contracts. With a $5 million philanthropic portfolio and an engaged board, you’ll implement development systems, oversee budgets, and guide #J-18808-Ljbffr WLC
