2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Location: OMAHA, NE 68107

Pay Rate: $26.00 an hour or more (based on experience)

Shift: 2nd shift 2pm - 11pm, on busy days work will go beyond 11pm

Pinnacle Staffing Group is seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Supervisor for a Direct Hire opportunity!

Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supporting an assigned warehouse team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. This position will play a key role in maintaining productivity, meeting operational goals, and ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly. We're looking for a hands-on leader with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills who can motivate a team and keep daily operations on track.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to streamline operations and meet organizational goals.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, performance metrics, and operational efficiency for management review.
• Address and resolve issues related to shipments, returns, or damaged goods in a timely and effective manner.


Qualifications & Requirements
• Forklift, pallet jack, pallet inverters, wrappers and palletizer experience required.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively oversee multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
• Familiarity with standard warehouse equipment and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety regulations and practices.
• Physical ability to regularly lift and move items 50 -70 lbs.
