What You\'ll Do Monitorand track project budgets and expenditures Prepareproject cost forecasts and cash flow updates Analyzebudget variances and actual project costs Assistwith project scheduling using Primavera P6 and Smartsheet Generatecost reports and project performance metrics (KPIs) Coordinateproject meetings and maintain project documentation Supportwork order creation, tracking, and closeout activities Collaboratewith contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders Assistwith project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Supportproject management best practices throughout the project lifecycle Required Qualifications Associate\'sor Bachelor\'s degree in: Accounting, Business, Construction Management,Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management OR,High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevantexperience Proficientin use of computer and MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlookand PowerPoint Experienceor knowledge with Primavera and/or Smartsheet Teamplayer with ability to work and collaborate well with others Greatcommunication skills Comfortablewith doing very minimal travel (lodging provided) Why Apply?
