Project Accountant – Hiring Immediately! Greater Fort Wayne 100% Onsite $58,000 - $61,000 We're hiring an Accountant to jump into a high-impact project and help bring structure to a busy accounting team. If you're detail-oriented, Excel-savvy, and enjoy improving processes, we want to talk to you! What You'll Do Document accounting policies and procedures Perform general accounting and daily account reconciliations Review and maintain general ledger activity from multiple team members Identify documentation gaps and create clear work instructions Leverage strong Excel skills to analyze, reconcile, and organize financial data What We're Looking For Accounting experience with strong GL and reconciliation skills Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) Process‑mindful, organized, and able to hit the ground running Immediate start.
