** Staffing Recruiter ** is responsible for finding, screening, and placing qualified candidates with employers. The role often involves working for a staffing agency or recruiting firm, matching job seekers with temporary, contract, or permanent positions.

Typical Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes and conduct phone or video interviews.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, and career goals.
• Match candidates with suitable job openings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers, pay rates, and start dates.
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Track recruitment activities using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
