Substation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support substation projects within the electric utility industry. This position will work closely with project managers, engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, track schedules, and help keep projects progressing efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist project managers and engineers with planning, scheduling, and tracking substation project activities. Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, records, and project updates. Coordinate meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned action items. Support procurement activities through vendor communication, material tracking, and delivery coordination. Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deadlines and provide status updates to stakeholders. Help ensure project activities comply with applicable safety, regulatory, and company requirements. Provide administrative and logistical support to the Substation team. Coordinate multiple priorities while collaborating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project support role. Previous electric utility experience supporting substation projects is required. Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or scheduling tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a technical environment. Ability to travel up to twice per month. #J-18808-Ljbffr
