Senior Financial Analyst

We’re partnering with a high-growth, Boston-based SaaS company looking to add a Sr. FP&A Analyst to its growing Finance team. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role will support strategic planning, forecasting, and operational analysis across the organization while partnering closely with leadership in a highly visible environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment and wants exposure to executive leadership, key business metrics, and strategic decision-making. The Role Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes Partner with department leaders across GTM, Operations, Product, and G&A to provide financial insights and analysis Analyze SaaS KPIs including ARR, MRR, churn, retention, CAC, and operating performance metrics Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting packages Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning Assist with board reporting, investor materials, and ad hoc financial analysis Help improve FP&A processes, reporting automation, and financial visibility across the organization Collaborate cross-functionally within a lean, high-growth finance environment What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or financial analysis within SaaS or technology environments Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities Experience working with SaaS metrics and subscription-based business models Advanced Excel skills with experience using BI/reporting tools preferred Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred ERP and planning tool experience (NetSuite, Adaptive, etc.) is a plus If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Dalton Rolli at View email address on click.appcast.io for immediate consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting
