Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceAnalyze, map, and document current‑state and future‑state manufacturing and business processes across Taste operations, quality, supply chain, engineering, and maintenanceIdentify process inefficiencies, manual workarounds, compliance gaps, and variability, driving practical and scalable solutionsLead process standardization efforts using IFF global templates, digital manufacturing standards, and best practicesDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process maps, and training materialsTranslate operational and business needs into clear functional requirements for digital manufacturing and quality systemsSupport site usage of SAP modules including Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Materials Management (MM), along with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Act as a key liaison between site teams, Taste stakeholders, global digital teams, and system integratorsEmbed safety, quality, traceability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance requirements into process and system designWhat Makes You the Right FitBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related technical disciplineE3+ years' experience working in a manufacturing or plant‑based environment, preferably within Taste, food, flavor, or other regulated manufacturing settingsHands-on experience with industrial automation and programming, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and coding (C#, Visual Basic, or similar), with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and support manufacturing systemsStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, end‑to‑end workflows, and operational data flowsWorking knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing context, including Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Materials Management (MM) modulesFamiliarity with digital manufacturing systems such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), electronic batch records, and shop‑floor data collectionProficiency with data and analytics tools, including Power BI and Minitab for statistical analysis and performance insightsHow Would You Stand Out?Experience with SQL Server and basic query writingExposure to cloud‑based platforms, data structures, or digital manufacturing architecturesExperience supporting audits, change control, and compliance in regulated environmentsWhy Choose Us?Opportunity to work onsite at a key Taste manufacturing facility with direct plant impactExposure to global Taste and digital manufacturing standards within IFFCross‑functional visibility across operations, quality, and digital initiativesCareer development opportunities within a global Taste organizationStrong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementInclusive, values‑driven culture where individuality is encouragedCompensation ($97,920.00 - $139,880 base) is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
