Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential for Language, Speech & Hearing, or a California credential for Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist
• Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must be available to work onsite exclusively (remote/virtual options are not available)

Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students of varying ages
• Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) centered on students’ unique needs and goals
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student progress
• Documenting all assessments, interventions, and progress reports in compliance with school and state standards
• Providing training or consultation to staff and parents as needed
