Senior Compensation Manager

Magnify is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Manager to support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise compensation programs. This is an opportunity for a strategic, data-driven professional to partner with leaders across HR and the business while shaping competitive pay practices that attract, retain, and motivate talent! ( Win-Win for everybody!) ) Your Day-to-Day! Design, manage, and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and pay policies. Lead compensation-related projects such as job architecture, job leveling, sales incentive plans, and broader program enhancements. Conduct job analysis, evaluation, and classification activities to support internal equity and consistent career frameworks. Participate in external compensation surveys and perform market benchmarking to evaluate pay competitiveness. Analyze compensation data to assess market positioning, internal pay relationships, and program effectiveness. Translate complex analysis into practical recommendations and clear insights for business leaders and HR stakeholders. Advise leaders and HR partners on compensation design, emerging market practices, and complex compensation decisions. Communicate compensation programs, policies, and design principles clearly to employees, managers, and partners. Partner with HR, Finance, Talent, HRIS, and other stakeholders to align compensation strategy with business goals and operational execution. What We’re Looking For/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or human resources. Advanced knowledge of compensation program design, administration, analysis, and market benchmarking. Experience supporting broad-based compensation, sales compensation, executive compensation, or a combination of these areas. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with job evaluation, job architecture, leveling, and internal equity analysis. Ability to interpret complex data and develop sound, actionable recommendations. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
