What You ll Do

• Provide family medicine care for patients aged 10 and up, including elderly adults, within an inpatient psych unit
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions in a psychiatric setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document clinical encounters accurately in electronic health records
• Follow all facility protocols and compliance standards

What You Need

• Active FNP-BC certification and Massachusetts license that permits independent practice
• Minimum of 2 years of family medicine experience, preferably in psychiatric or inpatient care
• Ability to travel locally within Massachusetts; local candidates preferred
• Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and commitment to patient care
• Flexibility and stability to commit for a long-term assignment
