What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development entLead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations sta ff.Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performan ce.Coach emerging leaders and support succession planning across the organizati on.Foster employee engagement, professional development, and long-term career grow Client & Stakeholder Management mentBuild and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakehold ers.Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic projects and client partnersh ips.Lead executive-level communications, problem resolution, and project revi ews.Ensure transparency, trust, and alignment throughout project execut sightProvide executive oversight of multiple projects, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, schedule, and financial perform ance.Monitor project health, resource allocation, risk exposure, and operational effici ency.Support project teams in resolving complex contractual, technical, and operational challe nges.Drive consistency through best practices, standardized processes, and performance met Qualifications ations15+ years of progressive construction management exper ience.5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects and teams.Proven success managing large, complex construction projects and client relation ships.Strong leadership, coaching, communication, financial, and problem-solving s kills.Ability to influence stakeholders and build high-performing Equal Opportunity Employer W.M.
