Churches across the Richmond, Virginia area are seeking caring and dependable Child Care Providers to work in their nursery or Children's Ministry during church services, group meetings, special events, and more through the SitterTree app. Dates: September – November 2026Days: Fridays
Pay: $20–$25+/hour
Schedule: Various Friday shifts available This is a great opportunity for caregivers looking for flexible Friday work throughout the fall . You can work one Friday, a few shifts each month, or multiple available dates based on your schedule. - Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing and able to complete and pass a background check
- Previous child care experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery worker, daycare, preschool, or early learning center teacher, etc.
- Experience with infant and toddler care including diaper changing, naptimes, bottle feeding, etc.
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric
- Flexible schedule
- Get paid within 24 hours
- Gain professional child care experience
- Earn referral rewards for referring friends
