We focus on workplace wellness, from injury prevention to post-injury rehabilitation, partnering with businesses to promote health and safety.Who We're Looking For:We welcome licensed Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants who are:Committed to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellnessExperienced in ergonomic assessments and early intervention strategiesPassionate about creating safe and healthy work environmentsYour Role:As an Industrial Specialist, you will:Deliver body mechanics training and job coachingConduct early intervention and ergonomic assessmentsLead work simulation and wellness programsEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety standardsKey Responsibilities:Implement onsite injury prevention programsEngage employees in proactive wellness initiativesCollaborate with HR, safety teams, and managementTrack and report program outcomes to measure effectivenessPhysical Demands & Dress Code:Frequent walking, sitting, and computer useOccasional lifting of up to 50 lbsProfessional attire with site-appropriate PPE requiredDiversity & Inclusion:At Unify Health Services, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace.
