Job Description The Infrastructure Project Manager will manage initiatives, engage with key business partners, and drive successful outcomes within a given timeline. The primary focus is on planning, execution and delivery of IT strategy initiatives. Qualifications 14+ years of overall experience in IT services – infrastructure / data center strongly preferred 8+ years of delivery / project & program management experience desired Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Professional Project Management Certification and technical certifications or equivalents Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills Exceptional oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently, multi‑task, and take ownership of various parts of a complex project or initiative Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Strong consulting and stakeholder‑management skills and the ability to build and foster internal relationships Key Responsibilities Identify customer needs, manage major end‑to‑end initiatives, and manage medium team Manage finances and budgets, determine ways to reduce costs and improve service availability Define project scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners Establish, plan, and execute major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle Ensure all required products are produced and reviewed, including technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, testing, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution Identify and manage critical path and milestones of the schedule Identify risks affecting program and project deliverables and provide mitigation, resolution and path to green status Communicate proactively with stakeholders, identify problems, propose solutions, and implement efficient processes Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion Adhere to banking project management processes and procedures Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups Maintain a strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision‑making and managing project teams Compensation and Benefits NTT DATA offers a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.‑based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $62–$66 hourly (W2). Actual compensation will depend on experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
