Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities Interact with Program leadership, project teams and stakeholders to drive project Manages activities for assigned programs/projects including objectives: Activity sequencing and planning Resource planning and management Financial/budget management Quality control Risk/issue management Scope/project change management Manage project/program using defined company PMO processes and procedures Manage project intersections and dependencies with stakeholder groups across IT and the company (e.g. Infrastructure, Architecture, IT operations, etc.) and coordinate with partner Project Managers around cross-functional weekly work plans. Provide excellent communication skills and effectively handle project interactions Interact as needed with service providers, vendors, third parties, etc. Manage all project documentation, creating key deliverables (project initiation, communication across the project team, stakeholders, and across the company) Assist with project close: create and/or ensure operational support documentation, scope management, issue lists, sub-team status reports, communication plans, project plans, resource planning, RACI, budget, documentation, specifications, and successfully transition to operations.
