Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Description Infrastructure Project Manager – Expert Qualifications 14+ years of overall experience in IT services – infrastructure / Data center strongly preferred 8+ years Delivery / Project & Program Management experience desired Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or equivalents. Professional Project Management Certification and Technical Certifications or equivalents. Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Exceptional oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a complex project or initiative. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and foster internal relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify customer needs, manage major end‑to‑end initiatives and manage medium team. Manage finances and budgets. Determine ways to reduce cost and improve service availability. Define project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners. Establish, plan, and execute major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle, ensuring all required products are produced and reviewed, including technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution. Identify and manage the critical path and milestones of a schedule. Identify risks that affect program and project deliverables, with follow‑through on mitigation, resolution and path to green. Communicate proactively with all stakeholders, identify problems, propose solutions, and implement efficient processes. Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion; adhere to Banking project management processes and procedures. Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups. Show strong personal accountability regarding decision‑making and managing project teams. Compensation and Benefits NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $62 – $66 W2 hourly. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
